- Gift Certificates available and can be purchased by calling us or directly on the website.
- Children are welcome, however we reserve the right to see that other guests are not disturbed.
- Smoking and vaping are allowed only outdoors in designated areas.
- We are pet friendly in the cottages ONLY! $25 per dog per stay. Your pets are welcome. Please call ahead to insure there is space available.
Reservation Policy
- Check-in 3:00pm to 7:00pm unless other arrangements are made in advance.
- Checkout at 11:00am please.
- Two-night minimum stay weekends May - October and on holidays.
- Deposit of one night's stay is required.
- Rates are for double occupancy and are subject to state and county tax.
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
- 10% discount for either AAA or AARP members.
- 20% discount for active-duty military personnel.
Cancellation Policy
- Refund with 7 days prior notice. No refunds issued with less than 7 days-notice, unless the room can be rented to another party.
- Refund with 14-days notice for groups. No refunds issued with less than 14 days-notice.
- Rates are subject to change.
- Reservations are guarantees - no credit will be issued for early departures.
